BDBS or Commodity Debt Trading is a financing concept where the debt owner sells his rights to the debt in exchange for a commodity, to another party at an agreed price. In this case, Clients (Contractor/Vendor) must sell their rights on the debt to us at Shoraka Global Capital Sdn. Bhd. (SGC).

TAWARRUQ IN BDBS – According to the Shariah principles of BDBS through the Tawarruq mechanism, the client (contractor/vendor) will exchange his receivables based on invoices with commodities from Shoraka. After that, the client will sell the commodity to a third party.
